House Rules

No Parties.
-
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are authorized at the house after quiet hours.

Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
-
Checkout by 11 am unless otherwise coordinated.

Report all damage to managers.

Be respectful of the home and the neighbors.

No parking on the street.

Notify management if you brought a pet. There is an associated fee. Additional fees will be levied if guest does not notify manager.

Check Out Instructions

Checkout is 11 am. Please vacate the property by then.

Strip used beds and leave linens on the bed.

Wash all dishes.
-
Put used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor.

Pack all personal items and lock home upon departure.

Hot Tub Use
-
The hot tub is an electric cedar soaking tub. Control jets with the digital panel.

If hot tub is too warm, or cold you can adjust using the digital panel on the pumphouse box next to the the tub.

Use hot tub at your own risk.

Consult physician if pregnant or have any known medical conditions.

No glassware.
-
No children unsupervised.

Do not stand on the edge around the tub.

Whittakers is a one stop shop for everything you may need before you head in to the woods or back to the cabin. Their cafe has great coffee and breakfast sandwiches, Base Camp Grill has awesome food and beer and their outfitter shop has anything you may have forgotten to bring to get out on the mountain.

Trail Head Bar and Grill (Temp Closed)
Recently renovated and rejuvenated with a new menu, this adult bar and grill is the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat and a beer on top! Check it out right down town Ashford.
Copper Creek Inn
Looking for a good meal and one of the coziest places around? Look no further than copper creek inn. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner they have you covered! Oh and don't forget to try a shake you won't regret it!

Wildberry
From traditional American dishes to Nepal inspired plates you won't regret stopping in to Wildberry. Great staff, awesome outdoor seating and above all delicious food. Just outside the park's gate its conveniently located to refuel after a good hike!
